Pongal Sangamam, hosted by Kelir Books’ We Are Tamil Too (WATT) and the Fulbright Association in the United States, was a vibrant celebrated linguistic and cultural diversity centered around Pongal, the Tamil harvest festival in Pittsburgh last month.
